We’re delighted to welcome back Prof Stan Grant as the AIEC 2024 MC.
One of Australia's most respected and awarded journalists with more than 30 years’ experience in radio and television news and current affairs. Stan has a strong reputation for independence and integrity and has interviewed international political and business leaders.
A Wiradjuri man, Stan is an enormously accomplished journalist, author, filmmaker and presenter, who has won three Walkley awards, a Peabody in the US, and an AACTA Award for the Adam Goodes documentary The Australian Dream, which grew out of an oration he gave in early 2016.
Stan will be the MC for the plenary sessions throughout AIEC week. | |

Dr Jordan Nguyen is a leading Australian engineer, inventor and innovator, committed to improving as many lives as possible, and becoming a driving force behind both human and technological evolution as we move into the future.
An internationally renowned engineer for humanity, Jordan designs life-changing technologies to transform the lives of people with disabilities and the elderly through his role as founder of Psykinetic, a social business committed to bringing positive, sustainable and life-altering change.
Jordan previously spoke at AIEC 2018 in Sydney –now he returns to talk to us in a very different world. What message does he have for our sector as we strive to focus on the human element in today’s dynamic world?
